PURPOSE

The Family Violence Management System (FVMS) is used to log and track family violence incidents and family arguments that come to Tasmania Police attention. This system provides a method to record the outcomes of Risk Assessment Screening Tool (RAST) and to record safety plans. It is also used by police to electronically complete Police Family Violence Orders (PFVO), applications for Family Violence Orders (FVO) and applications for Restraint Orders.
